I teach physics and science teacher education coursework at Weber State University. With my feet in two different spaces, I get to do scholarship and community engagement in science teaching and learning, but I also get to hang out with physics folks. My general mode of operation is to find ways to have students and teachers engage in authentic science that leads with curiosity and develops student questioning that can drive learning. I also like putting my feet on rocky trails, writing, and playing with a band.
